Tenant representation can vary in degree based on our client’s needs. For some companies, we assume full real estate responsibility which includes strategy development, market analysis, and deal negotiation. For others, we offer specialized services (e.g., competition analysis, alternative identification, etc.) that supplements in-house capabilities.
