Has over 6 years of experience in the leasing, management and brokerage of shopping centers throughout the Southeast.
He co-founded the Stead Retail Group in 2006 specializing in tenant representation, brokerage, and leasing. He coordinates site selection and lease negotiations for multiple nationwide and regional retail clients along with assisting them in expansion strategies and market analysis.
Prior to joining Stead Retail Group he served as Project Manager at Hoar Construction managing the construction of multiple large retail centers. He also served as Construction Coordinator at Wells Real Estate Fund performing pre-acquisition due-diligence on over one billion dollars in office buildings and coordinated construction projects in a portfolio of more than seventy buildings.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, and the Young Board of Commercial Realtors.
Holds a Finance Degree in Business Administration and a MBA from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia. He is married and lives in Roswell, GA.
