Has over 30 years of experience in the leasing, management and brokerage of shopping centers throughout the Southeast.
Founded Stead Retail Group in 2003 specializing in brokerage, leasing and tenant representation where he was responsible for over 100 million in lease and sales transactions.
Served as President and COO of Merchants Management, Inc from 1995 to 2000. As managing partner took a start-up management company and grew it to over 7 million square feet before merging it with a larger management and leasing company. Prior to founding Merchants Management he served as Senior Vice President of Branch and Associates.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club
Holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Auburn University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia. He is married with 3 children and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
